SaaS Profit Report
I’ve spent most of my career as a CFO in marketing services so when one of my clients decided they were going to build a SaaS business about 6 years ago, I had to find out what they meant if I was going to be useful.
Since then, by reading, asking questions and building models and reports, I’ve learned a great deal more about what makes a SaaS business successful.
By combining traditional financial reporting with SaaS-specific analysis, I’ve developed a monthly report that a full time CFO would produce to give you the best insight into your business but at a more affordable cost.
It will distinguish between what’s going well and what needs a bit of attention. It’s insightful and most importantly, simple to understand and action. You may not want a full time CFO but every company would benefit from having an experienced one check over their business.
I’m going to limit the number of clients I take on so that I keep enough bandwidth to offer a quality service so, if you’re interested drop me a line.
